Dieter Schnell gründete 1972 die Firma und entwickelte einen Estrich auf Kunstharzbasis, welcher spätestens nach 8 Stunden begehbar ist. 

Jörg Schnell übernahm 1985 das Familienunternehmen und beschäftigt 3 langjährige Mitarbeiter.
